The Ministers:

Revd Steve and Sarah Flashman are our Ministers and have overall responsibility for the life and work of the church.

Children’s, Youth & Student Pastor:

Rachel Wheeler is our full time Children’s, Youth & Student Pastor.

Core Leadership Team

We are supported by the Core Leadership Team consisting of six people elected by the church. The Core Leaders have various responsibilities in church and meet regularly for Oversight Meetings and Prayer.

Team Leaders

Team Leaders head up the various practical areas of service in the church.

Ministry Leaders

Our Core Leaders have oversight over various areas of ministry in the church and each of these are led by ministry leaders.

Life Group Leaders

We are developing Life Groups around the City of Chichester where we gather in smaller groups to see how the Bible is relevant for everyday life, to pray together, care for one another and enjoy social functions to grow meaningful, supportive relationships.

The Trustees

As a Registered Charity, we also have a group of dedicated Trustees who look after the legal aspects of running a charity.
