The Ministers:
Revd Steve and Sarah Flashman are our Ministers and have overall responsibility for the life and work of the church.
Children’s, Youth & Student Pastor:
Rachel Wheeler is our full time Children’s, Youth & Student Pastor.

Leadership Team
We are supported by the Leadership Team consisting of six people elected by the church. The Leaders have various responsibilities in church and meet regularly for Oversight Meetings and Prayer.
Life Group Leaders
We are developing Life Groups around the City of Chichester where we gather in smaller groups to see how the Bible is relevant for everyday life, to pray together, care for one another and enjoy social functions to grow meaningful, supportive relationships.
Support Network
We have a host of volunteer workers who serve the church by leading various meetings and events and offer practical service and support. Without this support network, we could not survive as a church – so thank you, one and all, for your hard work and commitment.
The Trustees
As a Registered Charity, we also have a group of dedicated Trustees who look after the legal aspects of running a charity.
